Abstract Submission Rules

    Word Limit: Abstract text must not exceed 250 words (excluding title, author names, and keywords).
  • ✓
    Similarity & AI Disclosure: Similarity index should preferably be below 10%. Authors are responsible for ensuring originality and disclosing any responsible use of AI-assisted tools.
  • ✓
    Mode of Presentation: Offline / In-Person Oral Paper Presentation or Scientific Poster Display at Parul University.
  • ✓
    Submission Categories: Abstracts may be submitted under: (1) Original / Empirical Research, (2) Systematic / Scoping / Narrative Reviews, or (3) AI / Innovation / Technology-Based Studies.
  • ✓
    Required Author Details: Must include presenting author, corresponding author, all co-authors, designations, institutional affiliations, official email IDs, phone numbers, and designated track.
  • ✓
    Mandatory Registration: Conference registration is mandatory for all presenting authors and co-authors upon acceptance.

Structured Abstract Format (250 Words)

TitleConcise and informative title reflecting research methodology and scope.
BackgroundBriefly introduce the clinical or technological context and significance of the problem.
ObjectivesState the specific hypothesis or aims of the research study.
MethodsDescribe study design, sample size, setting, data collection instruments, and statistical/AI methods.
ResultsReport key empirical findings with precise quantitative or qualitative metrics.
ConclusionSummarize implications for smart nursing practice, healthcare policy, or technology adoption.
KeywordsList 3 to 5 standardized MeSH or technical keywords.

Review, Presentation & Publication Policy

Double-Blind Peer Review

All abstracts undergo rigorous review by the Scientific Committee for relevance, methodology, and alignment with the conference theme before acceptance for Oral or Poster presentation.

Publication in Proceedings & Journals

Selected high-quality full manuscripts will be considered for publication in the Conference Proceedings / Compendium or associated peer-reviewed and indexed journals as per journal editorial policies.

Responsible AI & Research Ethics

Adheres to COPE principles. Institutional Ethics Committee / IRB approval is required for clinical studies. AI tools must be transparently disclosed and cannot be listed as authors.
